+Preferences -> Build,Execution,Deployment -> Debugger 找到Java那一栏下边可以看到 
+Kill the debug process immediately 选项，勾选后点击确定就可以了。

+或是直接在设置搜索框里输入 Kill the debug process immediately 后，就会出现这个复选框。
